Christmas Fun

This Christmas was really fun seeing family and having Mailey! She just wanted to eat the paper and play with the boxes rather than play with presents. Christmas Eve we watched a Christmas Story and had Chinese food with my dad, Patty, Andrea and Ben! Christmas morning we opened presents and then headed out for the day, first stop was at moms for a rib and potatoe breakfast, then to the Brewer's for a traditional dinner, and then to dad's for a tri tip dinner! We are so blessed to be able to spend Christmas with the ones we love! Here are just a few of the many pictures we took.

Caught in the act..

I came down the hallway to see Mailey quickly crawling to a piece of wrapping paper! I said "Hey missy! What are you doing?" She looked up at me and smiled! I just happened to be getting the camera out of my room and took her picture. Amazing how babies have such great eye sight for tiny objects!

Merry Christmas

Since my Christmas cards are still in the box on my dining room table....... I made one, so if you didn't get a card, your not left out.... Well everyone was left out this year....

8 Months!

WOW how time flies by, I can't believe our little Mailey bug is already 8 months old! Each day is such a blessing to wake up to her little smiling face, no matter how stressful or annoying a day can be, just one little smile and it seems much better! She still likes to scoot around, but can crawl if she wants to. She loves to eat just about anything but peas, she says dada and lots of other things you can't understand! if she's not talking she's making some sound or laughing!
We had an early Christmas with Geege and Poopa on Saturday! Mailey loved all her things, but the best part was the bag they all came in!

Holiday Fun!

We've had lots of fun these past few weeks! We went to Utah to visit Nathan, Mauri and kids, went to Storybook Land, got our tree and had a turkey dinner and decorated our tree! Here are a few pictures from the fun times!

Thanksgiving

Well our camera battery died at our first stop, yep we had 3 dinners in one day!!! And of course I had to eat at all 3...... Anyways just a few cute pictures I did get from my sister-in-law. Mailey tried a bit of everything, I think the cranberry sauce was her favorite and of course some sweet potatoes!

Mailey Bug is 7 Months!!

WOW I cannot believe that Mailey is already 7 months, seems like we were just getting ready for her to be here! She is growing and learning things so fast. We're still working on crawling, but she has a real effective scooting method that gets her in all kinds of trouble. :-) I couldn't imagine one day without her, she's my little princess!

We got together at mom's house yesterday to visit and try to take some pictures of all the kids...... It was quite funny trying to get them all to sit and look, not sure it happened! Here are some cute pictures of cute cousin's!! Chubby faces!

We've been trying different baby foods with Mailey lately........ So far all she likes are bananas and occasionally apple sauce, oh and the hamburger she grabbed out of my hand at A&W! She makes some pretty funny faces when trying new foods, and then covers her face with her hands.... Well keep trying and buying more bananas!

Halloween

Mailey was a ladybug for Halloween, and what a cute one she was! She was also a flower for the downtown trick-treating the day before.

Reading with daddy!

Mailey loves to read books, well chew on them mostly, and she is def a daddy's girl! I thought this was too cute and had to capture it! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband and father for Mailey, he is so helpful around the house and even takes time at 4:45am to read Mailey a book before he left for work!

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend Mailey and I went to Lonepine Farm with Grandma and Aunt Emily!!! We had a lot of fun and got a cute little pumpkin to add to our collection! We went on a hay ride to get our pumpkin, fed the goats and of course had an over priced Carmel apple... We took way too many pictures so I decided a collage would work best!

They are just getting to an age were they notice each other.... Mailey just tries to slobber any part of Payton she can get a hold of, and Payton tries to grab her eyes and bite her toes.. :-)

I decided it was time for Mailey to have some cereal, thought it might make her sleep through the night.... Well so far it's not working.... BUT she LOVES the cereal, she's just like a little bird with her mouth open wide and then smacks her little lips!

WOW how quick time passes, I can't believe Mailey is 5 months old already! She is such a joy to have, always smiling and babbling away. She learned to roll over and were working on sitting up....

We've been working on rolling over..... Well mostly me trying to get Mailey to roll over! :-) She's done it before, but she'd rather chew on her clothes and feet. She has no problem rolling on her side, it's the middle that she can't get over. Check out those chunky legs!!!!!

Our princess is 4 months old!

What a happy little girl! Mailey is starting to get quite the little personality and what a talker she is!! Mailey rolled over the other day, but her little-big tummy gets in the way, and makes it quite hard to get over. :-) We love her to pieces, and couldn't imagine life without her!

4 years ago...

We got married!!!! WOW how time flies, seems like it was just yesterday! Ok maybe not yesterday, but it doesn’t seem like it’s been that long.

When I met Daniel in my high school biology class, I wasn’t that fond of him, maybe it was all the practical jokes he played on me….. (Boys have a weird way of telling a girl they like them) After we started dating I knew that he was the one that could handle me! J 4 ½ years later we got married!!!!! Life has been an amazing ride with Daniel, he is a wonderful husband, father, and friend, I couldn’t ask for more! I have been so blessed to have him in my life and can’t wait to see what adventures the next years will bring!!!
